剛剛去完澳門吃了很多好味的東西.明明是飽透了,看見好味的東西又忍不住口再吃多一點.
食已經變成一種品味,但歸根究底食的目的只是維持生命.況且勉強把好味的東西一件一件的嚥下一來不會享受到那食物的特色,二來反而會另自己肚子不適.
自己幾年前已填飽肚子…看來都是不要再狼吞虎嚥了.
I’ve just come back from Macau and ate a lot of good food there. Although I was full I couldn’t resist eating.
Eating’s already become an art form, but at the end of the day eating’s purpose is to sustain life. Forcing good food down the mouth when you don’t need to not only prevents you from really enjoying the characteristics of the food, but it will also upset your stomach.
I’ve eaten enough since a few years ago already…perhaps I should cut down on the consumption now…
