資格 Qualification/Position

有同事接了一個要求電腦支援的電話後不太開心,不是因為他不知怎樣幫對方,而是因為他無能為力.對方所要求的只雖要改多少數值,但我同事因為職位問題沒有改變這個數值的資格.
 
我以前也有某一個資格,不過現在環境不同了,便喪失了這一個資格.
 
不明白我在寫什麼嗎?不用明白,只是難得突然覺得有一點失落,想把這心情記下來.
 
A colleague wasn’t very happy after he took a support call. It wasn’t because he didn’t know how to help the customer. It’s because he was helpless to his job. All he needed was to change some slight parameters but because he was not in a position to have the rights to make changes he couldn’t help the customer directly.
 
I used to have some rights…but now the time’s changed I’ve lost this position.
 
You don’t understand what I’m saying? Don’t worry I’m just feeling blue suddenly and want to put this in writing.
